mobs
Hostile gaming enemies
Mobs is the plural of mob—a large, disorderly crowd, often with violent or threatening energy: Angry mobs surrounded the courthouse.
A mob can also mean any large group: mobs of tourists.
In organized crime, the Mob refers to the Mafia.
In video games, mobs are hostile non-player characters that spawn in groups: grinding mobs for XP.
