hooligans

Young rowdy criminals

Hooligans is the plural of hooligan—a rowdy troublemaker, especially one who engages in vandalism or violence.

The word often describes unruly crowds at sporting events: Football hooligans clashed with police after the match.

British English uses it more than American, where similar behavior might be attributed to thugs or punks.
