me too

I feel likewise

Me too signals agreement or shared experience—you've done, felt, or want the same thing someone else just mentioned: I'm exhausted. Me too.

The phrase gained new weight in 2017 when #MeToo became a rallying cry for people, especially women, disclosing experiences of sexual harassment and assault.

In that context, me too asserts solidarity and shared victimhood.
