Manzana is Spanish for apple, appearing in English contexts in food, drink, and place names.

In parts of Latin America and the southwestern United States, a manzana is also a unit of land measurement—roughly the area of a city block—derived from the Spanish word for block.

The farm covers about twelve manzanas.
