lout
Ill-mannered boor
A lout is an awkward and clumsy person or, more often, a person who is aggressive and rude.
Lout is somewhat old-fashioned, but still a useful way of characterizing rude and boorish behavior: The louts were yelling obscenities at passersby.
The verb lout is archaic and means to bow or bend.
