uncivilized
Crude and primitive
Uncivilized describes behavior or conditions lacking refinement, order, or social graces: The meeting devolved into uncivilized shouting.
Historically applied to societies deemed primitive by colonial powers, this usage now carries condescending or ethnocentric overtones.
More neutrally, it describes anything crude or barbaric: uncivilized working conditions, an uncivilized hour to wake up.
