legislative chambers
Where bills pass
Legislative chambers are the rooms or halls where lawmakers formally meet to debate and vote on legislation.
Most national governments have one or two chambers—a unicameral or bicameral system.
The term also refers to the legislative bodies themselves: The bill passed both chambers.
In the U.S., the chambers are the Senate and House of Representatives.
