leg circles
Pilates floor exercise
Leg circles are an exercise in which you lie on your back and trace circular patterns in the air with one extended leg, typically performed in Pilates to strengthen the core and hip flexors while improving hip mobility.
The movement can be done with small controlled circles or larger sweeping arcs: Start with ten leg circles in each direction, then switch legs.
