kinsfolks
Your blood relations
Kinsfolks means relatives or family members—the same as kinfolk, with an added plural marker.
The word appears mainly in Southern American speech and older texts: All my kinsfolks live in Alabama.
Like kinfolk, it carries a rural or traditional flavor.
