kegstand
Upside-down barrel drinking
A kegstand is a drinking stunt where someone does a handstand on a beer keg while others hold their legs and they drink directly from the tap, usually for as long as possible.
A staple of American college parties and fraternity culture: He did a thirty-second kegstand and immediately regretted it.
The word also works as a verb: Who wants to kegstand?
