invoker
One who summons
An invoker is someone or something that invokes—that is, calls upon, summons, or puts into effect.
A person might be an invoker of ancient traditions or constitutional rights.
In gaming and programming contexts, an invoker is often a character class specializing in summoning or calling forth powers, or a component that triggers execution of commands or functions.
The invoker cast a spell to summon elementals.
