hollaback
Shout in return
Hollaback is a response or reply, especially one that's assertive or retaliatory.
The term comes from hip-hop slang where to holler back means to respond or get back to someone.
A hollaback girl, popularized by Gwen Stefani's 2004 song, is someone who comes running when called—an insult suggesting subservience or being at another's beck and call.
