hijabis

Modest dress wearers

Hijabis is the plural of hijabi, a woman who wears the hijab—the headscarf worn by some Muslim women as an expression of modesty and faith.

The term is often used by Muslim women themselves as a marker of identity: hijabis on social media, a community of hijabis.

It can also function as an adjective: hijabi fashion influencers.
