highballing
Going full throttle
Highballing is asking for or offering more than something is worth, typically in negotiations.
A seller highballs by setting an inflated price; a buyer might accuse them of it: They're highballing us on the repairs.
The opposite is lowballing.
Separately, highballing can mean traveling at high speed, from railroad slang for a signal to proceed.
