helpee
One receiving assistance
A helpee is someone who receives help—the counterpart to the helper.
The word follows a productive English pattern (employee, trainee, interviewee) but sounds awkward and appears mainly in academic or therapeutic contexts: The relationship between helper and helpee requires mutual trust.
Most speakers would simply say "the person being helped."
