Adductor muscle tear
A groin pull is a strain or tear of the muscles in the inner thigh, where the leg meets the pelvis.
Common among athletes who sprint, kick, or change direction quickly—soccer players, hockey players, runners.
The injury causes pain and tenderness that worsens with movement: He's out for two weeks with a groin pull.
