glass eyes
Artificial orbital spheres
Glass eyes are artificial eyes made of glass or plastic, inserted into eye sockets after an eye has been lost or removed.
The term also describes eyes that appear lifeless, unfocused, or expressionless—the dull stare of someone drunk, shocked, or emotionally vacant: He looked at me with glass eyes, not really seeing.
