gentry's
Upper class's possession
Gentry's is the possessive form of gentry, the class of people ranking just below nobility—landowners and others of "gentle" birth who don't work with their hands.
The word often carries historical or ironic overtones: the local gentry's annual hunt, the gentry's disdain for common laborers.
