Easy pose is a basic seated yoga position with legs crossed and spine straight, used for meditation and breathing exercises.
The name is somewhat misleading—while it's the simplest cross-legged position, sitting comfortably this way requires hip flexibility that many adults lack.
Also called sukhasana, from Sanskrit for "pleasant" or "comfortable."
