e-cards
Online birthday wishes
E-cards are digital greeting cards sent electronically, typically via email or social media, rather than through postal mail.
They range from simple animated images to elaborate multimedia presentations with music and interactive elements.
E-cards cover the same occasions as traditional cards—birthdays, holidays, condolences—but arrive instantly and cost nothing to send: I sent her an e-card for her birthday.
