postal cards
Stamped greeting rectangles
Postal cards are cards issued by a postal service with prepaid postage printed on them, ready for mailing.
They differ from postcards, which are privately produced and require a stamp.
The term is somewhat formal and mostly American; in practice, many people use postcard for both types.
