dominos

Black-and-white tiles

Dominos is the plural of domino, referring to the rectangular game pieces marked with dots, or to the game played with them.

The word also names a loose hooded cloak with a half-mask, worn at masquerades—though this sense is now rare.

We played dominos until midnight. (Capitalized Domino's is the pizza chain.)
