Stuffed crust is a style of pizza where the outer edge is filled with cheese, forming a ring of melted cheese inside the crust: I always save the stuffed crust for last.
Popularized by Pizza Hut in the 1990s, it transformed what was often the least appealing part of a pizza into a feature.
