digital library
Electronic book collection
A digital library is a collection of documents, media, or other materials stored and accessed electronically rather than in physical form.
The term covers everything from university archives of scholarly articles to public repositories of digitized books.
Unlike physical libraries, digital libraries allow simultaneous access by unlimited users: The entire journal collection is available through the digital library.
