destressers

Calm-inducing activities

Destressers are things that relieve stress—activities, practices, or substances that help someone unwind or relax.

Exercise, meditation, and hobbies are common destressers: Reading is one of my favorite destressers after a long day.

The word is informal and sometimes appears as de-stressers.
