dessertspoonful
Between teaspoon, tablespoon
A dessertspoonful is the amount a dessertspoon holds—roughly two teaspoons or ten milliliters.
The measure appears mainly in British recipes and older cookbooks: Add two dessertspoonfuls of sugar.
Like other -ful measurements, the plural adds -s at the end, not to spoon.
