conservation law
Physics invariance principle
A conservation law is a principle stating that some quantity remains constant within a closed system, regardless of changes occurring inside it.
Physics recognizes several: conservation of energy, mass, momentum, angular momentum, and electric charge.
The conservation law tells us energy wasn't destroyed, just transformed.
These laws constrain what physical processes are possible.
