club-foot
Congenital foot deformity
Club-foot is a congenital deformity in which the foot is twisted inward and downward, making normal walking difficult without treatment.
The condition can affect one or both feet.
As an adjective, club-footed describes someone with this condition or, figuratively, something clumsy or awkward: a club-footed attempt at diplomacy.
