clean-up
Tidying after chaos
Clean-up is the act of cleaning or tidying a space, or more broadly, restoring order after disorder: The clean-up after the party took hours.
In baseball, the clean-up hitter bats fourth, positioned to drive in runners already on base.
Clean-up can also mean eliminating corruption or crime: The new mayor promised a clean-up of city hall.
