cis-male
Non-transgender male person
A cis-male is a man whose gender identity matches the male sex assigned at birth—the prefix *cis-* (Latin for "on the same side") contrasting with *trans-*.
The term emerged from gender studies and LGBTQ communities to name what was previously the unmarked default: Most cis-males don't think much about their gender identity.
Also spelled without the hyphen.
