Tightening dog restraint
A choke collar is a dog collar designed to tighten around the neck when the leash is pulled, used for training or restraint.
The chain or cord slips through a ring, creating a loop that constricts under tension and loosens when released: The trainer showed her how to correct the dog with quick tugs on the choke collar.
