Wireless network infrastructure
Cellular towers are tall structures that hold antennas for transmitting and receiving mobile phone signals.
They form the infrastructure of wireless networks, spaced to provide overlapping coverage areas called cells.
Also called cell towers.
A new cellular tower went up on the ridge, and suddenly we had reception.
