canine teeth
Sharp corner teeth
Canine teeth are the pointed teeth between the incisors and premolars—four in humans, two upper and two lower.
Named for their prominence in dogs and other carnivores, they're designed for gripping and tearing.
Also called cuspids or, informally, fangs: The dentist said my canine teeth were fine.
