brisses
Jewish ritual circumcisions
Brisses is the plural of bris, the Jewish ritual circumcision performed on male infants eight days after birth.
The ceremony, also called a brit milah, is conducted by a mohel and marks the covenant between God and Abraham.
He's attended more brisses than weddings this year.
