binge viewing
Watching episodes continuously
Binge viewing is watching multiple episodes of a television series in rapid succession, often an entire season in one sitting.
Streaming services enable this by releasing all episodes at once rather than weekly.
The practice has become the dominant way many people consume serialized content: I spent the whole weekend binge viewing that new show.
Also called binge watching.
