bailiwick
One's special province
A bailiwick is an area of authority, expertise, or interest.
Originally the jurisdiction of a bailiff, the word now appears almost exclusively in its extended sense: Foreign policy isn't my bailiwick.
The tone is slightly formal or humorous, acknowledging that everyone has their particular domain.
