arrow key

Directional input button

An arrow key is any of the four keyboard keys marked with directional arrows (up, down, left, right) used to move a cursor, navigate menus, or control movement in games and applications.

On most keyboards, the arrow keys form a small cluster separate from the main typing area.

Use the arrow keys to scroll through the document.

They're sometimes called cursor keys or direction keys.
