antidating
Backdating a document
Antidating is assigning an earlier date to something than its actual date—the opposite of postdating.
A check might be antidated to appear as though it was written last week.
Documents are sometimes antidated to meet deadlines retroactively or to backdate agreements: The contract was antidated to cover the work already completed.
