anti-Bolshevik
Against the Soviets
Anti-Bolshevik describes opposition to Bolshevism—the revolutionary communist movement that seized power in Russia in 1917.
During and after the Russian Revolution, anti-Bolshevik forces (the "Whites") fought the Bolshevik "Reds" in civil war.
The term extended to anyone opposing Soviet-style communism: anti-Bolshevik propaganda, anti-Bolshevik émigrés fleeing to Paris.
