aide-memoire
Written memory prompt
An aide-memoire is a document or note serving as a memory aid—something written down so you won't forget it.
In diplomacy, it's specifically an informal written summary of a discussion or agreement between parties, less formal than a treaty but more official than casual notes.
The French literally means "help-memory." She kept an aide-memoire of talking points for the meeting.
