account statement
Bank activity report
An account statement is a document summarizing financial activity over a period—typically showing transactions, balances, and any fees or interest.
Banks send monthly account statements; credit card companies do the same.
The term applies broadly: I need to review my account statement before filing taxes.
Also called simply a statement.
