Vince McMahon
Vince McMahon is an American businessman who built World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) into a global entertainment empire, transforming professional wrestling from regional carnival spectacle into mainstream pop culture phenomenon.
As chairman and CEO for decades, he pioneered the concept of "sports entertainment," openly acknowledging wrestling's scripted nature while emphasizing theatrical storytelling.
McMahon himself became an on-screen character, playing a villainous boss in storylines with his own wrestlers.
He resigned from WWE in 2022 amid sexual misconduct allegations.
