VC
Investor for entrepreneurs
VC is an abbreviation with two main uses.
In business, it stands for venture capital or venture capitalist—money invested in early-stage companies, or the people and firms who provide it: They raised $10 million from VCs.
In military contexts, VC referred to the Viet Cong, the communist guerrilla force during the Vietnam War.
