Tim Rice
Tim Rice is the British lyricist best known for his collaborations with Andrew Lloyd Webber on musicals including *Jesus Christ Superstar*, *Evita*, and *Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat*.
He later wrote lyrics for Disney's *The Lion King* and *Aladdin*.
Rice has won Academy Awards, Tonys, and Grammys, and was knighted in 1994.
