The NeverEnding Story
Tale without conclusion
A 1979 German fantasy novel by Michael Ende, and the 1984 film adaptation, about a boy who discovers a magical book and becomes part of its story.
The tale concerns a young warrior's quest to save a fantasy realm called Fantasia from a destructive force called the Nothing.
The title reflects the story's central theme: imagination perpetuates itself, each ending becoming a new beginning.
I watched The NeverEnding Story so many times as a kid.
