Team Rocket
Bumbling cartoon antagonists
Team Rocket is the criminal organization in the Pokémon franchise, dedicated to stealing rare Pokémon and world domination.
The name is most associated with the bumbling trio of Jessie, James, and Meowth, whose repeated failures to capture Pikachu became a running joke across the animated series.
Their motto—Prepare for trouble, and make it double—is widely quoted.
