Sunset Strip
Famous L.A. drag
Sunset Strip is a stretch of Sunset Boulevard running through West Hollywood, California, roughly a mile and a half long.
Since the mid-20th century, it has been associated with nightlife, entertainment, and counterculture—home to famous nightclubs, music venues, and billboards.
The Strip was central to the 1960s rock scene and 1980s hair metal era: We're playing the Whisky on the Sunset Strip tonight.
