Parkrun

Weekly timed event

Parkrun is a free, timed 5-kilometer run held Saturday mornings in parks worldwide.

Participants register once, receive a barcode, and can join any event globally.

The runs are organized by volunteers and welcome all fitness levels—runners, joggers, and walkers alike: I've done parkrun every week since January.

The name is trademarked and officially written as one word with a lowercase P.
