Hindu pantheon

India's divine assembly

The Hindu pantheon is the collection of gods and goddesses worshipped in Hinduism.

Unlike monotheistic religions with a single deity, Hindu tradition encompasses thousands of divine figures—from major gods like Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva to regional and household deities.

The term also applies loosely to the divine figures of related traditions like Buddhism and Jainism: the Buddhist pantheon.
