Roman pantheon
Latin divine assembly
The Roman pantheon is the collection of gods and goddesses worshipped in ancient Rome—Jupiter, Mars, Venus, Neptune, and others.
Each deity governed specific domains: war, love, the sea, the harvest.
The term also applies loosely to any culture's full set of deities: the Greek pantheon, the Hindu pantheon. (Capitalized Pantheon is the famous domed temple in Rome.)
